Description

This module focuses upon issues which broadly fall within the umbrella of governance. It is divided into four elements: structure and constitution of local authorities; the activities of local authorities; reviewing the actions and decisions of local authorities; and rights of the individual. These areas are mostly specific to local authorities and the way in which they work.
